Please read the following information carefully:

ACCESSING THE VIRTUAL ATTENDEE HUB (VAH): You will log into the VAH from an internet browser on your device to access Zoom registration links for webinars you would like to attend (*VAH is NOT an app you download).

• You will login using your first name, last name and email address you registered with.

• You will be sent a six digit code to your email and/or via text message (if you provided your mobile number during registration).

• After you enter the VAH, you may view your profile and make changes to privacy settings by hovering over your initials in the top right corner.

• Go ahead and hit the zoom registration link to pre-register for webinars you wish to attend. You may only register for one session during each time block. If you choose to do this in advance, Zoom will send you a reminder 1 hour in advance of the webinar start time.

• DON’T FORGET: After the webinar, return to the VAH and fill out the post-session surveys for the session you attended!

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Chrome or Firefox are the preferred internet browsers to use when accessing the VAH. Other browsers may cause the VAH not to function properly.

• Please sure that you have Zoom capabilities on the device you will be using.

• DO NOT "opt-out" of conference email communications. If you choose to opt-out, you will not receive email communications concerning important conference information.

Troubleshooting:

• Are you getting an error message in the Virtual Attendee Hub? Did you must login into your registration account and register for workshops?  Click on the link in the upper right corner "already registered".   You will modify your registration. Make a selection for each session block and complete the modification. Try logging back into the VAH.
