VRW 2025 Conference Silent Auction INformation
Why is the Silent Auction so important to us?
Because we direct all proceeds to our scholarship fund for next year's Victims' Rights Week. We strive to be able to provide as many scholarships as possible for SC crime victims/survivors!
Donations:
Can you donate new or gently used items to this year's silent auction? Do you know or own a business that would be willing to donate?
Donation ideas/examples:
Gently used items such as house decor, purses, jewelry, a gift you received in the past that you don’t really want (ha ha), etc.
New items such as:
Gift cards
Accessories: purses, scarves, neck ties, cufflinks, tie bars, socks, sunglasses, etc.
Gift Baskets: Themed baskets such as spa day, gourmet foods, or self-care essentials.
Artwork: Original paintings, prints, or sculptures by local artists.
Travel Packages: Weekend getaways, hotel stays, or airline vouchers.
Sports Memorabilia: Autographed jerseys, hats, apparel, equipment, or tickets to sporting events.
Fine or Costume Jewelry: Necklaces, bracelets, earrings, etc.
Experiences: Cooking classes, wine tastings, or VIP tickets to concerts or shows.
Technology: Tablets, headphones, or smart home devices.
Dining Experiences: Gift certificates to upscale restaurants or private chef dinners.
Fitness Packages: Gym memberships, personal training sessions, or fitness equipment.
Home Décor: Designer home accessories, furniture, or decorative pieces.
