The following distribution plan will start November 1, 2021.
Hospitals/Facilities with FULL-TIME 24/7 Forensic Nursing/SANE Programs will still order directly from SLED.
ALL OTHER AGENCIES/FACILITIES will order directly from the SCVAN.
This includes Rape Crisis Centers, Child Advocacy Centers, Law Enforcement and Coroner's Offices. Please use the form below for order requests.
